End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using antline ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the author ("Licensor") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for personal or commercial purposes.

2.1 Beta License

During the beta period, the Software is provided free of charge. This license may be modified when the Software exits beta.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software;
  • Copy, distribute, or make the Software available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time;
  • Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software;
  • Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

4. Intellectual Property

The Software is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. The Licensor retains all intellectual property rights in the Software. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of the Licensor.

5. Data and Privacy

  • The Software stores database connection credentials locally on your device using encryption.
  • The Software does not transmit your database credentials or query data to external servers.
  • You are solely responsible for the security of your device and the data you access through the Software.
  • The Licensor is not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access resulting from your use of the Software.

6. Database Connections

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization to connect to any database servers using this Software.
  • The Licensor is not responsible for any unauthorized access, data breaches, or damages resulting from your database connections.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding data access and privacy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Software;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party;
  • Any data loss or corruption;
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data or transmissions.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Licensor from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Software or violation of this Agreement.

10. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

11. Updates and Modifications

The Licensor may update or modify the Software at any time without notice. Continued use of the Software after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensor resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Licensor regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
